I’m in the beginning stages of the process and want to say how professional everyone has been so far. This is a huge step for my family, and Nichole, Joe, and Christine have been as kind, patient, and informative as can be. They’ve made what can feel like an overwhelming process so much easier. I’m looking forward to getting started and completing this journey with them!

Reasonable price always available to help you through the process and make the proper decision. Was great to work with them. From Christine to Ryon, I couldn’t have asked for better company to do the job. Thank you OnSite !!!

When I decided to go solar, I had alot of questions, and Nicole from onsite answered all of them. And I’m sure I asked the same question a few times. But she made the whole experience extremely easy for me. From start to finish, I would very much reccomend!

Update: June 2026

So our situation has finally come to a close. You can see in the (not so good) response to my initial review that there were matters and unfortunate mishaps along the way.

Communication is key and I believe on both sides (mine and OnSites) we didn’t communicate the best we could to one another and as a result things became complicated.

Though it took some time, which time wasn’t my concern really, OnSite did come around overall in the end and did the best they could to make things right the best they could and for that I am grateful and I’m very thankful.

In my opinion we all learned from this.
As for My service, it has been all of which was laid out to me before and after any commitments. I cannot say enough about the service itself and for that reason alone I can totally recommend OnSite!. But I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention the above and beyond factor they displayed and gave to me and our situation.

My advice is just be on the same page and completely in the know. Communicate everything as best you can.

Thank you OnSite
Frank

Sorry for the long Review!.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Onsite Energy and especially Nikki! From the very beginning, she walked me through every single step of the process and made everything so easy to understand. Anytime I had questions or concerns, she responded incredibly fast and was always patient, honest, and helpful. I never felt pressured. I felt educated and supported throughout the entire project.
We got a Tesla Powerwall 3 battery to our system, which was a huge plus and we qualified for the Participate rebate program, which reduced the total project cost by 30%, making the whole investment even more worthwhile.
The installation crew was also amazing. The supervisor Joe was great! They were very professional, polite, respectful of my property, and did an excellent job with the installation.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Nikki and the entire Onsite Energy team to anyone considering solar!

I had an amazing experience with Onsite Energy from start to finish. Nikki was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand and was always there to answer questions.

Huge shoutout to the installers and the office team as well — everyone was friendly, efficient, and great to work with. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do.

I honestly couldn’t believe the great price I received, especially compared to other companies I looked into. One thing that really stood out to me was that everything is done in-house, unlike a lot of other companies that outsource parts of the job. That made the whole process feel much smoother and more trustworthy.

Highly recommend Onsite Energy to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!

Nikki Mishler is very informed and a delight to work with. She did a great job with her presentation and answered all of our questions to insure that we received the most effective solar power to meet our needs. She assisted us from start to finish. The crew that installed the panels were respectful of our property and worked quickly. They did beautiful work and completed the job in a reasonable time to ensure that we qualified for the federal and state tax incentives. I would recommend Onsite for your solar system.
